Susan F. Wilson

Susan F. Wilson, 97, of Homer, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on June 30, 2024.

She leaved behind two daughters, Linda (Denny) Reardon of Homer, and Debby (Terry) Brewer of Homer, three grandchildren; Ashley McCartney, Haley (Mark) Hallett and Tracy (Tony) Prahl, and a half brother, Robert Waggoner.  She also had nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, daughter, Dixie Clark, and a granddaughter Theresa Rogers.  She lived a long fulfilling life doing what she loved, mostly spending time with her family, and working in her yard.  She loved working jigsaw puzzles and watching the Cubs and the Illini.  Susan grew up and lived most of her life in Homer. 

No services will be held.  A private burial will be at GAR Cemetery in Homer.
