Ruby F Menge

Ruby F. Menge, 82, of Pearl River, LA, formerly of Sadorus, passed away at 3:50PM, Friday May 15, 2025 at Haven of Tuscola.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11AM, Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Freese Funeral Home, Tolono, followed by a graveside service at Bailey Memorial Cemetery, Tolono.

Ruby was born March 2, 1943 in Urbana and daughter to Vernon and Ethel M Moore Bialeschki.  She married William Joseph Menge on January 21, 1983 in New Orleans, he preceded in death on January 27, 2020.

She is survived by a step-son; Mark Menge of Bakersfield, CA, a sister, Mayme Satterthwaite of Fisher, and 17 nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by three sisters; Mildred Land, Joanne Klitzing and Charloette Rutledge.

She was employed at Cooper T. Smith Stevedoring Company and moved to New Orleans in 1966.  She retired from J. C Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.  She was a member of Antique Car Association.
