Phyllis Molina

Phyllis Molina, 80, of Savoy, formerly of Tolono passed away at 3:34 AM, Thursday, October 23, 2025.

A Celebration of Life will be from 4 to 8PM, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at St. Patrick Catholic Parish Hall, Tolono.

Phyllis was born January 30, 1945 in Kankakee, a daughter to Wayne and Oretha Meadows Kiaser.  She married Juan Molina Sr in October 1968.  He preceded in death on January 15, 2002.

Surviving is a son; Juan (Danielle) Molina Jr, Sadorus, three grandchildren; Savannah Molina, Pesotum, Phoenix and Brielle Molina of Sadorus, two great-grandchildren, Presley Berry and Juan Theodore-Jeffery Grimm, a brother Bryany (Mary Lou) Kiaser of Champaign, and many relatives in New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter Isabel Molina, and siblings; Wanda Mulgrew, Jerry Kiaser, and Mryna Schaffer,

She was employed at a tortilla manufacturing plant in Las Vegas, and Bromley Hall in Champaign.  She enjoyed following her sons wrestling and her granddaughter’s wrestling.  She also enjoyed traveling, playing Bingo, and spending time with family and friends.

Memorials may be made to Wrestle Like a Girl or Unity High School Wrestling program.
