Patricia Ann Mast

Patricia Ann Mast 93, passed away peacefully at 9:55 PM, at her home in Champaign on August 11, 2025.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Freese Funeral Home in Sidney with Rev. Hank Sanford officiating.  Burial will be at Locust Grove Cemetery, in Philo.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mast was born December 17, 1931 in Sidney.  Daughter to Howard (Babe) and Dora Kalk Eaton.  She married Clarence Neal Mast, he preceded her in death in 1998.  Surviving are two sons; Terry Lee (Lisa) Mast and Bruce “Bud” (Donna) Mast, six grandchildren; Dustin (Amy) Mast, Amber Mast (Will), Derek (Anna) Mast, Ashley (John) Sellers Tami (Daron) Roberts, and Cody (Meredith) Mast, 23 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and one due any day, and a brother; Robert Eaton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother William Eaton.

Pat was employed at the University of Illinois and retired from Pepsi Cola.  She has the hardest job in the military, being a Navy wife.  She enjoyed traveling, visiting all 50 states and four countries, including living in the Philippines and Alaska.  She was a member of VFW Post 5520 and proudly served with the color guard.  She was most proud of her children, grandchildren and all the greats.
