Obituary
Margaret Pribble, 96, passed away at 9:45AM, Sunday May 14, 203 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born March 21, 1927 in rural Sidney, the daughter to Elmer and Nellie (Johnson) Denny. She married Ray Pribble on November 13, 1950. He passed away on January 7, 2012. She is survived by their son Bradley of Broadlands. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Murrell, Harold, and Byron, and a sister, Helen.
After graduation from Sidney High School, Margaret worked at Collegiate Cap and Gown for a number of years. In the later years, she worked for an agricultural seed research company for 27 years.
Margaret was an avid reader during her life. She also enjoyed flower gardening, feeding birds (especially Humming Birds), oil painting, needle work, puzzles, and music.
Per her wishes, there will be a private graveside service at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Sidney. There will not be a visitation.
