Leslie Allen Morenz

Leslie Allen Morenz, 82, of Savoy formerly of Tolono passed away at 8:48 PM Saturday, August 10, 2024 at home.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 16, 2024 at Bailey Memorial Cemetery, Tolono. 

Mr. Morenz was born March 17, 1942 in Tolono, a son to Paul and Rhoda Lockard Morenz.  Surviving are two sons; Rich Morenz of Sedalia, MO and Jeff Morenz of Atascosa, TX, two grandchildren; Nate and Mitchell, two great-grandchildren; Myla and Millie, and two siblings; Melvin and Eleanor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and four siblings; Willard, Charles and two infants.

Les graduated from Unity High School and was employed at Kraft Foods in Champaign, Unity Lanes in Tolono, Narragansett in Missouri and Do-It-Best Hardware in Champaign until his retirement.
