David W Davis

David W. Davis, 68 of Tolono passed away at 2:45 PM, Sunday, February 8, 2026 at home.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Freese Funeral Home, Tolono.

Mr. Davis was born December 13, 1957 in Urbana, a son to Ardith William and Delores Pizell Davis.

Surviving are five children; Cynthia Davis, Gregory Davis, Daniel Collins, Collin Davis and Brandon Davis, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four siblings; Ronnie Davis, Kathy Walker, Vicki Davis and Jimmy Davis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild; Landon Mark Collins and a brother Bobby Davis.

He was a master craftsman.  He was employed in construction trade and later owned and operated Davis and Sons Construction.  He loved to camp and fish.
