Carol Smalley, 75, of Savoy, passed away at 7:57 AM, Sunday, March 23, 2025 at home.
Private graveside services will be held. Freese Funeral Home, Tolono is assisting.
Carol was born January 23, 1950 in Champaign, a daughter to LeRoy “Hoot” and Doris Crannell Smalley. They preceded her in death.
Surviving is a sister; Cheryl Empson of Savoy, and nephew; Jason Empson.
She was a dental hygienist before being employed at the University of Illinois.
