Britt Leon Black

Britt Leon Black, 59, of Tolono passed away at 1:09PM, Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center, Urbana.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Freese Funeral Home, Tolono with Rev. David Ashby officiating.  Visitation will be from 5-7PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Britt was born September 26, 1964 in Murray, KY, a son to James and Louise Dalton Black.  He is survived by his daughter; Jordan Black Lipscomb of Champaign, two grandchildren; Landon and Cali, a brother; David Black of Tolono, and his mother; Louise Black of Tolono. 

He was preceded in death by his father, two uncles; Wyley and Hucky and an aunt; Gladys.

He loved singing and listening to music.  He was a good friend to many and was loved by anyone he ever met.
