Betty Gorman Obituary

Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Gorman, 89 of Tolono formerly of Philo passed away at 7:32 PM, Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Arbor Rose, Tolono.

Private graveside services will be held, Rev. Keith Walder will officiate.

Betty was born March 4, 1934, a daughter to Clifford and Maggie Hunt Dobbs. She married Martin Gorman on February 27, 1954, he preceded in death on March 10, 1998.

Betty is survived by a daughter, Becky Wilsey and a son, Marty Gorman, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, two daughters, and two sisters.

Memorials may be made to St. Thomas School in Philo.
