Alma "June" Palmer

 Alma "June" Palmer 92, of St. Joseph passed away at 12:36 A.M. Tuesday March 7, 2023 at Amber Glen, Urbana.

 Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday March 11, 2023 at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mayview. David Barcus will officiate.

 June was born April 24, 1930 in Stanton Township. The daughter of Ernest and Joyce (Anderson) Shirley. She married Reid Palmer on October 25, 1946. He preceded her in death on October 2, 2012. 

 She is survived by her sons; Michael (Linda) Palmer and Greg (Annette) Palmer both of St. Joseph. Five granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.

 She was preceded in death  by her parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister and 3 half sisters.

 June was a member of the Church of Christ, St. Joseph. She was retired from Sears

 She liked camping, sewing and knitting.
